A Car Wash Like No Other

This depends on the model you choose. Most Mixed-Use developments will cost between 12 and 20 million baht, and standalone car washes can cost between 13-35 million baht. Standalone car washes use the same equipment as a mixed-use development, but are more expensive because they require significantly more construction work to complete the areas outside of the car wash tunnel.

Many factors impact the profitability of your car wash including location, local competition, visibility, manager skill/dedication, site traffic & your local demographics. We can help you summarize your expected revenue at the site through a feasibility study review before you commit to paying your franchise fees. Our target for all stand-alone models is a 40% year-on-year return on investment (After the first year) but many sites are capable of significantly higher returns.

Raising funds for your project are your responsibility, but we have banks and financiers that we have pre-negotiated with that are willing to lend money to you to build your car wash. We can also provide you with P&L figures & business plans demonstrating the profitability of the business model to your lenders to increase your chances of securing financing at the lowest interest rate possible.

The franchise fee is 500,000 baht, which we use to aid you in the development of your facility.

Royalty fees are 5% of gross sales at your site - To ease pressure in the early months, we do not charge royalties unless your site is turning a net profit.

We do not charge national marketing fees, but require our franchisees to re-invest a minimum of 3% of total gross sales into local site promotion each month during the first year of business operation, and 1% of the total gross during the following years. We will provide you with creative materials & a quarterly marketing plan for your territory.

Thai style hand wash & dry with 3 staff - 4-8 cars per hour.

The franchisee is responsible to find and secure a suitable location. Once you find a piece of land you think is suitable for one of our installations, We will assist you in performing a feasibility study & traffic analysis of the site. With this, we can accurately predict the amount of traffic you will expect to have on site at your car wash location, and recommend an approperiate model for you.

We include the cost & team management of setting up and installing our pre-fabricated structures & all car wash equipment, and any specialty contractors / attend construction meetings related to these items, but you will need a project manager to oversee the daily development of your site. We will also provide a civil works construction bid for you, but you may choose to use your own contractor / project manager.

The employee count required depends on the equipment (level of automation) you would like to have at your car wash.

(More equipment = fewer employees) Most sites can operate on 4-8 employees.

With low franchise fees & no royalties due unless you are profitable, Our franchise model is based around profiting when you are successful with your car wash. As a young franchise, our goal is to provide personalized service to help grow our network as quickly and dilligently as possible. With Quik Car Wash, ongoing support is far more than just an equipment service contract - During your ownership we support you with chemicals, maintenance, marketing, training & operations. Through your expansion, we will help find land and investment. When its time to sell, our experienced in-house real estate team will find you a buyer and broker the sale of your car wash network.

We will provide initial training for you/your manager, and your starting crew at our Ang Sila training facility. You'll gain hands-on experience with running a facility and learn about service techniques & procedures, equipment maintenance and repair, customer service, car wash control systems, safety procedures, employee recruiting/management, marketing & more. Staff training takes 4-7 days (depending on weather), and initial manager training takes 21 days. After your site is open, we will revisit you monthly to check on your progress & continue training you and your team on site for the first 6 months of operation.

You will be responsible for lodging for you and your team when training at the Ang Sila facility, and 2 nights per month of accommodation & per diem meal allowances for a trainer who is visiting your site during the first 6 months of operation.
