Standalone sites range from 25–54M THB depending on size. All models include the same core American equipment — the difference is in site size, throughput capacity, and construction scope.
Franchising is not for everyone, which is why we also offer programs to help you build and develop your own brand using our premium equipment — including full site selection, design, project management, and operational software. Many factors influence profitability — location, local competition, visibility, management quality, and local consumer behavior. Our team will help you collect data, analyze all variables, and model projected revenues before you commit to a franchise fee. Financing your investment is your responsibility, but we have pre-negotiated relationships with financial institutions willing to fund automated car wash construction. We also typically have several interested investors willing to support the right operator. We can provide detailed P&L projections and a business plan to support your loan application at the most favorable rates.
The franchise fee is 1,000,000 THB, invested directly into supporting the development of your car wash — from site analysis and equipment commissioning through to training and launch. The royalty fee is 5% of gross revenue. To reduce early-stage pressure, we do not collect royalties until your business is generating profit. We only benefit when you do.
We charge a technology fee of 2.5% of gross sales for access to our WashOracle revenue control system — available to franchisees at a discounted rate. For non-franchisees, please contact our sales team for pricing. We do not charge a national marketing fee, however franchisees are required to reinvest at least 3% of total sales into local marketing during year one, and 1% in subsequent years. We provide all creative assets and a quarterly marketing plan tailored to your area.

Franchisees are responsible for identifying potential sites. We support you by analysing sites, determining profitability, and preparing a short report before you make a decision. Once a good location is found, we conduct a full feasibility study and traffic analysis to forecast expected wash volumes and recommend the right model size.
We handle the supply and project management of the prefabricated tunnel structure and all wash equipment installation, including specialist sub-contractors. You will need a project manager for day-to-day site oversight. We can also quote civil works through our established contractors, though you may choose your own.
Most locations operate with 6–12 team members, versus 20+ at a traditional hand-wash site. The more equipment you install, the more automated your operation becomes.
Support covers chemical supply, equipment maintenance, marketing, initial staff training, free consulting and advice, and operations management — from launch through expansion. We also offer emergency management services if you need cover for holidays or unexpected staff changes. Training takes place at our Ang Sila (Chonburi) corporate facility, or in some cases Ram Intra (Bangkok). Your manager attends a 3-week intensive course during construction of your site. Your crew trains for 3 days at our facility and 5 days at your site during the soft opening and equipment testing stage. After opening, we visit twice per month for the first 6 months, then support you for the duration of the franchise as needed.
